Order information: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the contents of your order.

Personalization content: the text you submit for engraving, the method, face, typeface, colour, cap height and position you chose, and the generated preview image. This is content you provide and we treat it as personal information because it is often a name.

Communications: anything you write to us through the contact form, the set enquiry form, or by email or phone, and our reply.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

We never collect or store card numbers. Payment is handled by an external processor and card details are never sent to our servers.

Personalization text and the archived preview image: 24 months after the order completes, so that we can honour a fault claim and answer a payment dispute. Then deleted.

Contact form messages: 24 months from the last message in the thread.

Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

Analytics data, where you accepted analytics cookies: 14 months.

Our payment processor, so that you can pay. Our shipping carriers, so that the parcel arrives. Our production partners, who receive only the specification and preview needed to make the item. Our email and hosting providers. Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

We are based in the United States, so information you give us is processed there. Where we receive personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. Ask us and we will describe the safeguards in place.

You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
